Easter Lunch: I've never hosted before, and this year it's my turn. Yikes!

1. Grapefruit rosemary marinated wild salmon
2. Hickory smoked ham with sweet ginger glaze
3. Spiced roasted asparagus
4. Fruit salad with whipped cream and coconut
5. Lemon Tart
6. Chocolate hazelnut torte
7. Home made dinner rolls by Amanda
8. Passionfruit mango mimosas
9. Potatoes roasted/mashed/salad?
